Head to the Mermaid Beach Supporters Club on a Monday night and the little nippers will eat absolutely free! Their extensive kids’ menu features favourites, plus the surf club has a fun kids room to keep them busy after dinner. The best part? Mermaid SLSC’s Kids Eat Free night coincides with Barra Monday, so mum and dad are sorted, too!

Arlo’s Pizzeria
What kid doesn’t love a good pizza? Better yet, what parent doesn’t also love a good pizza?! Arlo’s Pizzeria at Chevron Island is the perfect destination for a good old family dinner, with so many kid-friendly options on the menu.
The Backyard
For a family-friendly breakfast, you can’t go past The Backyard in Mermaid. Their meals are hearty and wholesome, and their menu has something for everyone. Check out their Little Gardeners menu for heaps of kid-friendly faves!
Dog and Parrot Tavern
This Robina restaurant isn’t just easy on the budget, with kids eating free every Sunday night from 5.30pm – they also have an awesome outdoor playground AND an indoor playroom, complete with Playstations! Kids will love options like chicken nuggets, fish and chips, cheese burgers, spaghetti bolognese and ham and pineapple pizza.
Dune Cafe
Positioned beside Palm Beach’s Pirate Park and Currumbin Creek, this is a great spot for a family morning out. Enjoy watching the kids play and swim with a coffee in hand, then refuel with a delicious breakfast.
Easy Street Diner
Hearty American-inspired meals (think juicy burgers, tasty fries and sides like mac and cheese and chicken wings) will keep the kids entertained, while their menu of tasty cocktails will keep the adults happy, too!
Club Burleigh
At this beloved Burleigh establishment, kids eat free every Tuesday AND Friday from 5.30pm until 8.30pm. All you need to do to be eligible for the offer is purchase an adult meal from the Mains, Chargrill, Burgers, Pizza or Salad sections of the menu.
Southport Yacht Club
For a beachside bite, head to the Southport Yacht Club. Not only is it situated on the beautiful broadwater, but it’s also the Gold Coast’s award-winning premier sports club. There are multiple food and beverage options on-site, too, so the choice is yours.
Robina Pavillion
Perched on the water in Robina, this hidden gem is designed with families in mind. They’ve got creche and play on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm to 8.30pm, and delicious menu options for you and your little ones.
Pacific Pines Tavern
If it’s Wednesday night, you’ve got to be enjoying a family meal at the Pacific Pines Tavern. The ultimate Hump Day treat, you can redeem a free kids’ meal for every purchase of an adults’ meal – and there’s an option for everyone. Whether your child prefers fish and chips, calamari and chips, a cheese burger and chips or spaghetti, they’ll love dining in at the Pacific Pines Tavern.
Stable Coffee and Kitchen

Mermaid Beach Tavern
Mermaid Beach Tavern is officially open! They’re your new local bar and bistro for delicious meals, ice-cold drinks and live sporting entertainment, and they’re even open late. The best part is, their kids meals include a free Calippo or ice-cream and kids activity pack.
Crafty’s at Harbour Town
Kids don’t just eat free on Mondays at Crafty’s – they play free, too! They’ll score one free meal and two free iPlay tokens with every adult meal purchased from 12pm. It’s a great way to kick off a week – indulge in some delicious food, great fun and games and maybe even some sport, if it’s on. It’s all super affordable, too!
Harrigan’s Calypso Bay
This Jacob’s Well favourite lets kids eat free on Tuesdays from 5pm until 9pm – all you need to do is order a main meal and you’ll receive one free kids’ meal in return. You’ll love enjoying a chef-prepared family meal by the bay, letting the kids run rampant on the grass while you soak up the idyllic water views. Bliss.
Alfresco’s Italian
Last but certainly not least, Alfresco’s Italian in Surfers Paradise is the place to go if you’re looking for something a little fancier (but still totally kid-friendly). They’ve got a varied kids’ menu to keep the little ones happy, and delicious main meals for the grown ups.
