Don’t panic – we’re not saying that regular coffee won’t keep you healthy this winter. Drinking filtered coffee has actually been associated with lower inflammation and the antioxidants typically found in quality coffee have been suggested to address illnesses like heart disease, osteoporosis and neurological diseases.

With that being said, too much caffeine has been said decrease our immune system’s ability to fight infections – which is hard enough already in winter time – as can the increased level of stress that may come with over-caffeination.

So, with that being said, is there any way to keep enjoying your daily cuppa joe and do your body a world of good, too? It turns out, there are five! Check out these coffee alternatives that will keep you healthier during the cooler months.
