This Saturday 13 June marks the first birthday celebrations of Asha Burnley Health and Fitness at Broadbeach. So get moving in  your bright tights and sick kicks, tie your hair into an #obscenepineapple (seriously, Instagram it!), and get your heart started with free 45-minute group training classes running every hour on the hour from 6am. Featuring boxing, full body, legs, arms and abs workouts plus yoga, there’s something for all training styles. Bag a giveaway, take advantage of membership specials, and reward yourself with pre and post-workout treats.

 

Asha Burnley Health and Fitness specialises in women’s health and fitness programs. Former elite athlete and health coach, Asha Burnley has been working as a personal trainer for almost a decade, with personalised fitness programs for women, including the popular Asha’s Angels 12 Week Fitness Program.
