Creche Facilities
SSH+F have amazing staff who will look after your child while you work out in the morning. The crèche can take children from 6-weeks to 6 years of age, available Monday to Friday 9am – 11.45am.

On joining SSH+F you will receive an initial assessment with one of our fantastic Personal Trainers who will sit down with you, for an hour, to discuss your health and fitness goals, nutrition, and lifestyle. The PT will design a personalised Fitness Program for you, taking you through it to ensure you understand how to correctly perform the exercises, and to make sure they are the right exercises for you.

Personal Trainer (PT)
If you are struggling with motivation, or unsure where to start we recommend trying Personal Training. Our PTs have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and are highly motivated to help you reach your goals.  Each session is designed to help you get the most out of your training. You can read about their 13 PTs on their website under the Personal Trainers tab.

In August, if you train with your mates you can save. Small Group Personal Training is available and the more people you train with – the cheaper it is! Costs of 45 minute sessions are $40 pp for 2 people; $30pp for 3 people and $25pp for 4 people. If flying solo is more your thing, they also have discounts when you buy three PT sessions at a time.

Inner Athlete Program (IAP)
Take your fitness to another level with their Inner-Athlete Program. Challenge yourself, push your body to the limits and make new friends along the way. A structured 10-week program, designed to increase your fitness, strength and ensure maximum results in small group classes. Contact reception for details on the next round’s commencement date.
