The second Girls Who Glow Workshop will be hosted on the Gold Coast this Sunday to empower 13 to 17 year old girls to be their best, brightest, happiest and healthiest selves.
After an incredibly successful first workshop on the Gold Coast last September, Liv Phyland, Teigan Nash and Jules Sebastian are returning this Sunday for another super fun day, jam-packed full of informative, inspirational, beneficial demonstrations, education and lots of yummy food.
This one-day workshop will be packed for info just for teen girls including nutrition, exercise, body image, social media, healthy relationships and mental health.
The panel of experts presenting each session includes Health and fitness ambassador Kieron Douglas, inspirational speaker Emma Carey, former Home and Away actress Demi Harman, pro surfer Laura Enever, paralympian Monique Murphy and more.
Each speaker will share their story, knowledge and insight, encouraging the girls to embrace their inner glow.
Girls Who Glow Co-Founder Liv Phyland says the workshop is designed to give teen girls across Australia the tools to tackle issues they may face now and into the future by promoting positive health and wellness through fun, interactive and informative sessions.
“Being a teen can be hard so we want to help guide young girls through it and help them feel great in their own skin,” Liv says. “We are beyond excited to be back on the Gold Coast and can’t wait to meet all the teens and help them find their inner glow.”
Tickets are just $99 each, and this includes all the workshop activities, a star-studded lineup of guest speakers, a delicious catered lunch and take-home goodie bag.
The workshop will be held on Sunday 11 March, doors open at 9.30am for a 10am kick off at The Studio Upstairs in Burleigh Heads. This is not to be missed.
