Dodgy tummy? Bloating after bread? Coeliac Awareness Week runs from 13-20 March around the country promoting the message of celiac disease and the importance of getting tested. Whether you (or your littlies) have been diagnosed, or simply notice sensitivity to gluten you’ll love the tummy-friendly recipes from 4 Ingredients Gluten Free Lactose Free.

Endorsed by Coeliac Australia, 4 Ingredients Gluten Free Lactose Free provides happy tummy alternatives for everything from snacks to mains to desserts, all with just four ingredients or less. (Check out the delish date loaf recipe below – happy tastebuds AND happy tummy!).

Coeliac Australia says coeliac disease is one of the most under-diagnosed conditions in Australia. With broad-ranging symptoms ranging from abdominal upset to failure to thrive (in kids), to weight loss and even bruising, it can sometimes be difficult to tell what’s a genuine cause for concern. Coeliac Week aims to encourage symptom awareness among the public and general practitioners, and promotes the importance of getting tested.
