Life is non-stop busy and the pressure to keep up is constantly mounting. As parents, our family’s health and wellbeing is a top priority, but with so much else to think about, it can be hard to stay on top of things.

Join us as we chat to our experienced panel of local health and wellbeing experts as they share their tips and truths on achieving wellness in all areas of family life.

From food and behaviour to fitness, technology and more, the insights from the panel will help educate and empower your families to live a healthy, happy and balanced lifestyle.

As a guest, you will get to connect with the experts during the question and answer session, as well as after the event through the closed Facebook group, which will allow you to link up with other parents and reconnect with the experts.
