The littlest kids are invited to take a spin with their favourite Play School characters on Dreamworld’s newest ride, which opened recently in ABC Kids World.

Dreamworld just launched its brand new ride, The Play School Wheel, which is a new favourite for pre-school aged kids (and parents too, because let’s face it, we all grew up with Play School).

The ride features six colourful carriages, each themed with Play School’s favourite toys including Humpty Dumpty, Big Ted, Little Ted, Jemima, and Joey.

Dreamworld’s chief operating officer Paul Callander says Dreamworld is continuing its focus on the family market by partnering with Australia’s most iconic children’s program, Play School.

“The Play School Wheel represents the interactive fun that Australia’s most popular television show is renowned for, taking kids on a journey to spark their imagination and share the experience with their family and friends,” Paul says.

Play School is Australia’s longest-running children’s program and encourages children to use their imagination and explore their curiosity through fun and interactive experiences, which they can share with those around them. It has entertained and educated Australian kids for more than fifty years!

The Play School Wheel isn’t the only ride for the littlies with Dreamworld’s ABC Kids World home to eight rides and attractions, which are all based on kids shows from the ABC.

The precinct includes the Play School Art Room, Bananas in Pajamas Fun Maze, Giggle and Hoot Pirate Ship and Hop and Hoot Ride, a variety of Wiggles themed rides and shows, as well as character appearances.

This is the second new ride announced for Dreamworld in 2018. Dreamworld says there are many more developments to be revealed in the coming months. Personally, we can’t wait to find out what’s next!

Kids must be 80cm to ride the Play School Wheel. An adult must accompany those under 90cm.
