The St Hilda’s School Fete and Art Show is back next weekend (Saturday October 13), with twelve awesome rides, great stalls and carnival fare, live music and entertainment, their famous ‘Cent Auction’ and even a fireworks display.
From cake box decorating and homemade cakes and goodies to book stalls, jewellery, homewares, handbags and a massive second-hand uniform sale, you certainly won’t go home empty handed.
Delicious food and drinks include churros, potato swirls and sliders, along with grub from Big D’s BBQ, boarders’ kebabs, yummy Japanese and Korean cuisine and so much more. Enjoy your tasty treats while watching DJ Connor, who will be performing at dusk, or year six student Izellah Connelly, who is set to perform her new single, Dreams come true. The show goes on with even more performances, including musical numbers by the St Hilda’s and TSS bands and ensembles.
Try your luck in the legendary Cent Auction – there are over 100 prizes to be won, including Medland Orthodontics braces, a Louis Vuitton handbag, Apple products, a Marriott escape and more – or celebrate the work of talented St Hilda’s students at their art show, FRESH, with an evening cocktail party on Friday October 12.
