Searching for Creative Kids to DRAW our Next Cover!?

Get the drawing pencils out and let the kids create a masterpiece illustrating one of the 6 key words below. Your drawing could be chosen as the July cover of haven!

It’s time for haven’s annual education feature and we thought it would be fun to ask the kids in our community to help us create our July cover of haven.

With Mum, Dad or your carer’s permission create your drawing using crayons, felt markers, pencil crayons, paint or pastels on white A4 size paper. We are looking for creations that tell a story about:

LEARNING

COMMUNITY

FAMILY

SCHOOL

EXPLORING

FUN

Scan the completed artwork and email to editor@havenmagazine.com.au  including your name, age and suburb as soon as you are finished (note entries close 15 June 2016). The team at haven will choose the winning entry and this will appear as the July issue cover art (could be more than one piece of artwork on the cover).

T&Cs: Artwork submitted to haven will be published exclusively by haven magazine (print, digital, social media). Artwork will not be returned and only the winner will be notified. Artwork may be put to a vote through our social media channels. Children up to the age of fifteen (inclusive) are welcome to enter the competition and there is no prize for winning (other than having your artwork on the cover of haven). Your name, age and suburb will be published. Good luck!
