The Gold Coast just got sweeter – Sugar Republic has officially opened at Pacific Fair, so prepare yourself for a sugar rush. Read on for the full scoop.
If you’re a fan of a Tim Tam Slam, or have been known to jump for joy at the sound of a Mr Whippy van, listen up. The sweetest, sugariest museum – if you can even call it that – has landed at Pacific Fair, and your sweet tooth doesn’t know what it’s in for.
The Instafamous Sugar Republic has landed at its first ever Gold Coast location and is going to stick around until Sunday, July 28. It’s an Instagrammers dream come true, a celebration of the sweetest treats life has to offer in one colourful explosion of fun. And we’re not even exaggerating.
Whether lollies are your true love, desserts do it for you or ice cream makes you scream, you’ll happily lose yourself in this confetti-filled, candy-coloured exhibit – Sugar Republic’s biggest yet! With 12 newly-themed rooms featuring neon lights, a giant gumball machine, giant ball pits and so much more, Sugar Republic is perfect for kids and kids-at-heart alike.
Re-live your childhood and snap the sweetest selfies, and don’t forget that each person that enters the museum will receive a FREE treat – which usually includes fairy floss, ice cream tasting and lollies.
Join the party on Friday and Saturday at Sugar Republic’s night sessions (for adults aged 18 and over) or come along every day (except Wednesday) until it wraps up.
