Having something to look forward to helps us get through the day, week and month, it supports our way in life. It can create a vibe of excitement firstly within ourselves and then for those around us. It could be a family holiday, trip to the country, beach or even overseas. Having something to look forward to will put a smile on our dial, lighten our heart and create a magnetic pull.

“Happiness is pretty simple: someone to love, something to do, something to look forward to.”

– Rita Mae Brown

Looking forward to something is part of us living our life to the fullest. Having a dream to aspire to, chase or simply work towards is an essential part of ‘planning our life’. When we have a good focused plan we can fully expect the universe (god, source, whatever we choose to name it) to assist us in reaching it.

There are many areas of life to be focused on, for some it’s about saving animals or working with them. It could be cooking, designing, building, quilting, painting, surfing, sailing, motorbike riding, horse riding, travelling and/or much more. It’s about what makes us happy. What ignites the fire in our belly. What makes us feel fully alive. Being clear on one area of life we really love and want to have more of is majorly important. This is what creates a spark and zest for every other area of our life. What ignites us? What inspires us and what rocks our boat? What makes our life?

“You shall see wonders.” said William Shakespeare. Below are listed some of the wonders of the world which might spark something to pop on our vision board, to do list, dream chart or even plant a seed inside our unconscious mind.

This is our life, our one-and-only-life, shouldn’t we see at least one wonder for ourself? There is so much for us to do, experience and enjoy. If not travelling then what is it? It could be travel, if so the above list may be helpful. However, it might be quilting, golfing, fishing or 4x4ing. It is important to get out there and do it. How will we do ‘this’? Feel free to leave a message below, it’s good to share and of course it’s great to hear other people’s thoughts.
