When the sun goes down and the stars come out, uncover the secrets of astronomical observations at the Queensland Museum. Channel your inner Neil Armstrong and explore all the Museum has to offer (including NASA – A Human Adventure), listen to live music and enjoy the expert talks, science demonstrations and displays. As this is an 18+, adults-only event, leave underage Space Cadets and children at home.

This is not a drill. Wooden Wonderland and their sister company, Entropy, are holding an EOFY Stocktake Sale at their Capalaba warehouse, with hundreds of wooden and educational toys available at discounted prices. Offering a rich participatory experience, the artist projects provide meaningful insights into the contemporary art of Australia, Asia and the Pacific.

KINDRED STARS // WHOLE SOUL SESSION FOR CHILDREN

The first of its kind, this free session will introduce positive tools to young minds, bodies and souls and cultivate mindfulness, positivity, nature appreciation and connection.
Covering eight flow-on segments throughout the session, children will relax, reset, move, learn and explore from the opening welcome circle, through activities like mediation, cleanse, nature appreciation and affirmations, right through to the closing circle. Participants at the Free Session on June 19th will have an exclusive opportunity to book the term bundle at a special rate.
