A film for animal lovers of all ages, A Dog’s Purpose, from acclaimed director Lasse Hallstrom, shares the heartwarming story of one devoted dog who finds the meaning of his own existence through the lives of the humans he teaches to laugh and love.

A Dog’s Purpose follows the story of a dog that is reincarnated four times across 50 decades. The movie, which started screening in cinemas this Thursday tells the story of the dog between life and death, which goes full circle when it is reunited with its original owner in its last life.

The movie starts with Bailey, an adorable Golden Retriever puppy who finds his way into the loving arms of eight-year-old Ethan. Bailey and Ethan have countless adventures together, but Bailey’s long life as a beloved family pet is just the beginning of his journey. Reborn as a puppy again, Bailey wonders – will he ever find his purpose?

The movie is uplifting, insightful and often laugh-out-loud funny. A Dog’s Purpose is not only the emotional and hilarious story of a dog’s life, but also a dog’s-eye commentary on human relationships and the unbreakable bond between man and man’s best friend.

This heart-warming film is a must see for all dog owners and animal lovers.
