We live in a generation where we don’t stop. From school drop offs and pickups to tackling the overflowing basket of washing – then rushing to the grocery store because there’s nothing prepped for dinner – it can be extremely difficult to find time for yourself.

While all of these tasks are necessary, so is having “me-time”. Whether it’s five minutes or fifteen, putting time aside for yourself can make a world of difference – not just for your stress levels, but in your daily routine, too.

One of our favourite ways to spend our me-time is a simple yoga sesh. Yoga doesn’t just destress your body – it also destresses your mind. And, it’s a terrific way to stretch out the tension you’ve built up in your body from constantly running around. Many birds, one stone!

We know what you’re thinking: ‘Where am I supposed to find the time for that?!’ Don’t worry. The three YouTube channels below feature yoga flows that are as short as ten minutes – all you need is a mat, and to wake up a little earlier than usual!

These are our top three YouTube channels to practise yoga from the comfort of your own home…
